When a school works in unison, everyone benefits. However, it’s more than ‘being on the same page’.
It’s about having clarity about fundamental learning beliefs and practices; it’s about a shared commitment to developing agreed attributes in all learners; it’s about having a language that enables deep learning conversations and feedback to occur; it’s knowing that all students are accessing learning through expert teaching; finally, it’s the confidence from knowing exactly what your school is about and seeing that in action every day.
Concordis is a term that encapsulates these ideas.
In partnering with Concordis, you can expect a critical friend to be on your team in uniting your school’s aspirations, language and practices.
